Juke Joint Swizzle

Ingredients:

1.5 oz Blue Note Juke Joint
1 oz Pineapple Juice
.75 oz Strawberry Liqueur
.5 oz Lime Juice
.25 oz Simple Syrup
6-8 Mint Leaves
Crushed Ice
Garnish: Expressed Mint Sprig
Glassware: Collins

Directions:

Using a lewis bag and hammer crush more than enough ice to fill a collins glass. Set aside. Combine all ingredients together in a collins glass, being sure to express the mint leaves. Fill 3/4 full with crushed ice and using a swizzle stick or bar spoon, swizzle to combine. Top with crushed ice. Garnish and serve!
