A light and playful whiskey, brimming with Creamsicle, mint tea, and fresh oak on the nose. The aroma is approachable and the typical rye spiciness is dialed down in favor of vanilla and stewed fruits. On the palate, a dash of chile pepper adds complexity, which is otherwise balanced between fruit and oak. Rye spice is slightly more prominent on the finish, but the whiskey sticks to its vanilla and orange roots.
